  11. If you wrote a letter to someone and you were rude in your letter at the beginning, they probably won't read the rest. They will see it is rude in the beginning so they will think that the rest is rude so they will throw it away .

  13. It is important so you can get the reader to read the whole thing. If you get rood to them then they won't even try to read the rest and they will not accept you to a job if that is what it is for. Also, it will help the reader stay into the writing piece. If you give them a rood tone then you just wasted your time writing that.
