  7. Romeo and Juliet are experiencing real, true love because they are willing to give up their old love life to join each other, they also were willing to die for each other, they also can’t stop thinking about each other when they are apart. Romeo and Juliet is often timed wondered if it is true love or not. I believe that they show a strong feeling of true love. According to
http://www.merriam-webster.com true love means “one truly beloved.” I believe they show this type of feeling for each other.

  8. Body paragraph 1 MAIN IDEA:
    A. Supporting idea:True Love is caring

source(s) to back it up: the ancient Greeks had many different names for different forms of love: passion, virtuous, affection for the family, desire, and general affection. But no matter how love is defined, they all hold a common trait: caring.
    B. Supporting idea: True Love is Attractive.
source(s) to back it up:Attraction and chemistry form the bond that allows people to mate. Without this romantic desire for another individual, a relationship is nothing more than lust or infatuation.

    C.Supporting idea:True Love is Attached.
source(s) to back it up:Like the mother-child bond, attachment comes after the initial attraction. Attachment is the long term love that appears anywhere from one to three years into a romantic relationship (sometimes sooner and very rarely after), and you'll know you've found it when you can honestly say, "I've seen the worst and the best you have to offer, and I still love you," while your partner feels the same way.

  9. thesis: Romeo and Juliet are experiencing real, true love because they express emotions like, being faithful, being commited, and having a connection.

    Being faithful
    A. Supporting idea: in romeo and juliet they knew that both of their families hated each other and did not want them to have any contact, alond with them trying to kill romeo once they found out that that the were married. they still were by eachothers side when all of this happened.
source(s) to back it up: Paul, Sheryl. "What Is Love?." Huff Post Weddings. The BLOG, 05 05 2012. Web. 25 Nov. 2013. .

    B. Supporting idea: The moment laid his eyes on Juliet he knew he was in love. Romeo and juliet exchange looks all night, but dont talk until later on that night. he lost all feelings for the girl he used to love once he saw juliet.
source(s) to back it up: Paul, Sheryl. "What Is Love?." Huff Post Weddings. The BLOG, 05 05 2012. Web. 25 Nov. 2013. .
C.Supporting idea: Without hesitating he knew he wanted to be married to her and for the rest of his life. Having romeo and Juliet being in love at such a young age is bizzare, but shows that they do truly love eachother and would do just about anything to be happy. he kills himself to be with her only cause he thought she had passed and knew that he could not live with out her and wanted to be at rest with Juliet.

  21. Thesis: romeo and juliet are not experimenting true love because, you can’t experience true love when you barely know that person, the first time you see a person it is not true love, you have to get to know the person first in order to be in love with the person. romeo seen juliet for the first time and thought he was in love without meeting her, he was heartbroken and looking for someone to love, he “fall in love with juliet”.

    Body paragraph 1 MAIN IDEA:

    A. Supporting idea: romeo and juliet didn’t show true love!

source(s) to back it up: He fell love with Juliet because he was heartbroken. He realized that Rosaline would never love him back. He became demoralized over that, which shows that he is a shallow person. He was depressed, so he was more susceptible to falling in love.

    B. Supporting idea: Benvolio knew that Romeo was dismayed, so he convinced Romeo to go to the Capulet party. Logically, Romeo would forget about Rosaline. Benvolio really cared about juliet and didn’t want her to get hurt.

source(s) to back it up: that Romeo did not truly love Juliet, but was in fact in ...Both loves, Romeo and Juliet, are widely accepted as possessing a true love, but this is not so. ... He fell love with Juliet because he was heartbroken.

C.Supporting idea: Before Romeo met Juliet he claimed he loved Rosaline, but she didn’didn't like him back, yet he was convinced his love was deep. When talking to Benvolio he said, “A right good mark-man! and she’s fair I love.” He believed he was completely in love with Rosaline, but then thought Juliet was prettier. If he forgot and threw away his love for Rosaline that fast, why wouldn’t he do the same with Juliet?

source(s) to back it up: Friar Lawrence is saying he thinks Romeo doesn’t really love Juliet, he thinks she is beautiful. Finally, Romeo only likes her because she is prettier than Rosaline. When Romeo sees Juliet for the first time, he says, “Did my heart love till now? forswear it, sight! For I saw true beauty till this night.”Mercutio took Romeo to the party just so he can find a prettier woman, and Romeo no longer loves Rosaline the second he sees a prettier person, Juliet. Romeo just wanted to love someone, it didn't matter who, as long as they were pretty.

    1. Good job but you could put your thesis on here so we can see what you are backing up. Other than that you did a good job on your supporting details. :)

    1. You need capital letters at the beginning of your sentences. You need to capitalize Romeo and Juliet. You don't need to start you sentence off with and. You need to put a comma after not. But other then that it looks good

  33. Romeo and Juliet are experiencing real, true love because it was love at first sight, Romeo killed himself because he thought Juliet was dead, then Juliet actually killed herself after she saw that Romeo was dead, and finally they did whatever they could to be together even though both sides of their families were not getting along.

  34. They are not in love but they think they are. If they was in love he wouldn't of killed her cousin and she would agree to marry another man. Also he stayed with her over night bur then left her in the morning.

  35. Thesis: Romeo and Juliet think they are in love, but they really aren’t, because Romeo was love sick and then moved straight to Juliet, they kissed as soon as the met because of attraction, and they already say, "I love you," when they don't even know each other that well; While they have feelings that lead to love, they are not in love right now.

Body paragraph 1 MAIN IDEA: Romeo lacks commitment
